Red Apartment: 55 sqm completely renovated in May 2010, located on Via del Romitorio 3, Siena. It has luminous and quiet rooms with large windows and it is tastefully furnished. The living room has a sofa bed (double), a table and four chairs, furniture and a large rollaway kitchenette which is fully equipped, (dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and induction stoves). The bedroom has a double bed + single bed. In front of the bathroom there is a small utility room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
Each room has a satellite LCD TV, internet access, and free WI FI on demand. Our heating and air conditioning system is timer regulated and our apartments are insulated in order to grant our guests a pleasant stay and to preserve our environment.
Caution: Euro 100,00 per day-maximum caution euro 500,00 as guarantee of any damage to be refund at the end of the stay.

After 17 hours we require euro 20 for late check in. After 21 hours to Midnight we require euro 30 for late check in, after Midnight no check in is possible until the following day.

Our apartments are located in the centre of Siena, which is a pedestrian area where access is limited to citizens only. Remember not to park inside this area, look for parking in the streets surrounding the centre!!
Completely restored, embellished by height differences, it encloses a typical cantina carved into the Tufa, a magic room that will bring you back to the Medieval age and a nice garden, a true rarity for a central apartment.
Located at the first floor of an ancient building, it is a Sienese house, with stairs and small nooks, the refurbishment has maintained Tuscan terracotta flooring and wooden beams for the ceilings. At the first floor there is a simple, functional and cosy bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, a bathroom with shower. A flight of stairs leads to the open studio with sofa chair and bookshelf and to the kitchen. Two wardrobes along the stairs are equipped with washing machine and lavatory and utility room.
The kitchen is large, modern, fully equipped (stoves, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher) with a sofa bed, TV, a design table and chairs, a door opens on the garden (50sqm) and a flight of stairs to the tufa room.
Outside the garden is equipped with table, chairs, the ideal space to relax after a walking tour, to read a book, to dine during the summer season, surrounded by the ancient city walls.
We provide our guests the following free services: consumptions, TV, heating/air conditioning, bed linen and towels, maps, guidebooks of the city and surroundings.
The city centre is a no traffic zone, the closest Parking is Duomo on Via del Nuovo Asilo, ten minutes walking from Brown apartment, Parking Il Campo, on Via Fontanella is 15 minutes walking, main bus stop, Piazza Gramsci, is 25 minutes walking from this part of the city.
