Amy Nice view of Eifel tower from balcony. Well stocked kitchen. Excellent location across intersection from metro. Owner needs to update broken down couch and chairs in living room.

Marilyn There were 8 adults in our party and we all agreed that the apartment was great. The furnishings left a bit to be desired but we made the best of it. We didn't have any problems with hot water for our showers. What a great location, the Pasteur station was right across the street with the 6 and the 12 line so it made it quite easy to get around. The short walk up to the Gare Montparnasse area had good restaurants and shopping. A lovely small bakery with fresh bread and pastries was a few steps away. If you have a large party this is really the place. All in all we would definitely recommend the apartment, but don't expect lavish furnishings.

Siggia J'ai passé une semaine dans cet appartement en Août, et l'expérience a été nettement négative. Dès notre arrivée nous avons dû récupérer les clés dans les bureaux de Locaflat, pourquoi ne pas organisée pour la livraison sur le site. La maison est grande et a une belle vue sur la Tour Eiffel, nous avons immédiatement semblait dans un état très pauvre vieux, non traitée, sale et sans aucun confort. Le mobilier n'est pas seulement vieux, mais complètement cassé: une table avec seulement trois jambes tenues contre le mur, un canapé et un fauteuil avec tous les ressorts complètement écrasée exposés. Dans beaucoup de chambres des plafonniers ont été brisées, éclairée seulement par deux abat-jour de chevet petite. Les salles de bains tout juste acceptable, même s'il est très petit, la cuisine sale et mal équipée. Le manque de serviettes. Linge de cuisine sont complètement absents. L'appartement doit être entièrement restructuré pour le rendre agréable et confortable, étant donné la façon dont pas cher assez élevé - € 3.800 pour sept nuits!

Ann We had 10 people (two families) staying in this apartment. Overall it was great, and I would like to give it a 4+ rating). The pluses were the size (very hard to find in Paris), the kitchen, which allowed us to save money by preparing our own breakfasts and pack lunches and, best of all, we loved the location. The Pasteur Metro station has 2 lines, which makes most of the city easily accessible. We walked to the Eiffel Tower, Hotel d'Invalides and Rodin Museum, Mont Parnasse Tower and train station. Also, it was not a touristy section of the city. We loved it. There are a few "minuses" that prevent us from giving a 5 star rating. This is mostly minor, but noteworthy. There was not nearly enough hot water, even though we did the minimal water usage showers (for Americans!). We had to take turns being the last ones to shower. Also, very skimpy on towels. There was inadequate hand towels, kitchen towels and no bathmats. That was difficult on slippery floors. Though LOCAFLAT was very responsive and brought more shower towels when we requested it. That was difficult on slippery floors. Some of the living room furniture was so shabby it was not very comfortable. But one of the couches was perfect. Overall, it was wonderful
