Practical, fully equipped and centrally located apartment in trendy "Söder" (where some of the "Millennium trilogy" takes place) and close to Stockholmsmässan, 29 square meters, on the top floor of the house (6th floor). Very light with a good view and suitable for 1-2 persons for weekends and longer holidays.
It has a spacious kitchen and a large and modern bathroom with bathtub.
There are two elevators in the building, one large and one small.
It is close to public transport;
- From the apartment to "Södra station" 250 meters
- Commuter train "Södra station", 4 minutes from Central Station
- From the apartment to "Mariatorget" 850 meters
- Subway "Mariatorget" (Red Line), 5 minutes from T Centralen
- Subway "Medborgarplatsen" and "Skanstull" (Green Line), 5 and 6 minutes from T Centralen
- From the apartment to Stockholmsmässan (Älvsjö station) by commuter train 7 minutes
- Blue buses nr. 3 and 4
The apartment is quiet and as you see on the photos, the house is insulated from the main street.
Nearby there are many shops, bars and restaurants and it's very close to the waters of Stockholm (see map), which is perfect for walking and running both short and long distances (see my maps from RunKeeper).
Attention: The apartment is NOT suitable for families with children!

We spent five nights in the apartment and found it clean and tidy. Excellent location just short distance to trains and busses, supermarket, cafes and bars. Nader met us as pre arranged and took time to show us the apartments facilities. He was very friendly and informed us about the attractions and entertainment in the city. We stayed here for 11 days in May and it was an excellent base for Stockholm tourism. It had all we needed and was very quiet. Our host was extremely friendly & helpful. Public transport links were excellent – flat to Central station via Sodra station in around 10 mins usually or 43 bus to Slussen (for ferry to Djurgarden, free with SL card) or Old Town (Gamla Stan) in under 15 mins. Good supermarkets nearby – e.g. 250m to ICA opposite Sodra station. Thoroughly recommended!
I went Stockholm for my work trip, stayed for two weeks. Apartment was clean, quiet and warm, located just one block away from train station. There are many buses around, a few supermarkets. I found this very convenient. It's close to Old city and Slussen, it was good location for me to have my own space, also to travel many spots in a short time. I found my stays incredibly homy.
