This beautiful holiday home is directly by a ski-slope in the attractive Annaberg ski-area. The home is on a south-facing hill. It is 158 m2 and very spacious. The home is well kept, stylishly furnished and has everything you need. There are four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious, luxurious living room with an open kitchen and a delightful terrace. Parking is in a garage beneath the house. The maximum height is 220 cm. The village of Annaberg and the neighbouring village of Lungötz are at an altitude of 777 metres. You can enjoy an energetic or a relaxed holiday here just as you wish. The beautiful area around the Dachstein Massif is ideal for delightful walks. The St. Martin, Lungötz, Dachstein West, Abtenau and Postalm ski-areas are excellent family ski-areas. The ski-runs are not too busy. There are ninety kilometres of ski-runs in the region for you to enjoy. The apartment is at a slightly higher altitude of around 1,000 metres. It is surrounded by wonderful uninterrupted views. You can get straight onto the ski-run from the house and you can ski right back to the doorstep.
