Embach itself has a ski lift for beginners, but is also only a short distance away from the ski areas of Zell am See, Hochkönig, Rauris, Gasteinertal and Alpendorf. With a Salzburger Super Skipass you have access to all areas, so you are in a very central location. Nordic skiing, hiking, and sledding are also available in the direct vicinity. In the summer, Embach is naturally a lovely location. Only a stones throw away from the Groβglockner, Krimmler waterfalls and many other sights.
