Efficiently designed, and well-maintained 4 person appartment in Tirol's sunniest village. A great destination for leisurely walking, rather than mountain climbing. The plateau on which the lake sits offers that rarity in the mountains - level ground, abeit surrounded by stunning rockfaces.

The first floor appartment is 1km outside the tiny centre of St Jakob, and a further 3km from St Ullrich where the lake starts.

Located on the first floor, with bedroom, living/bedroom and kitchen diner all seperate, the lay-out is ideal. The views from the shared garden and balcony over the fields to the eastern Kitzbuhel Alps are just what holidays are made of.
