The Residenz is located in a perfect location on the ski slopes and central between the Paulilift and the Kornockbahn. It is the perfect base for a wonderful top quality winter sports holiday. From the apartment you have a lovely view of the magnificent mountain landscape, the Turrachersee or the ski slopes. On the ground floor of the building there is a restaurant and a charming bar, and there are numerous restaurants with sunny terraces, shops and après-ski bars within walking distance. The beautiful and comfortable apartment has been furnished with architectural style and has the highest quality finish. The apartment has a balcony, a lovely and complete kitchen, beautiful wooden floors, comfortable design furniture, LCD flat screen with satellite receiver and DVD player and internet (wifi), luxurious bathroom with a shower.

The family ski area is wonderful and has many charming mountain restaurants. The high elevation and the many snow installations guarantee perfect snow conditions during the entire winter season, which starts at the end of November and only ends at the beginning of May. In the summer, the area is known for its impressive flora and fauna, the many walking routes, the many activities and the three mountain lakes, the Turracher See, Schwarzsee and Gruensee. The lovely Turrachersee and the village centre are within walking distance. There are many shops and restaurants there.
