The apartment comprises of a spacious bedroom, living and dining area, american style kitchen and a full bathroom. The bedroom has a king size bed and a big built in wardrobe with a space for suitcases. There is a king size sofa bed in the living room, dining table with four chairs and TDT TV. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hub, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, dish washer, washing machine and kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a functional and youthful design, a spacious built in shower and towel rack. Equipped with an iron, hair dryer, Internet connection, air conditioning, individual natural gas heating, plus all the bed and bathroom linen (clean towels and sheets). The apartment has a perfect location, no matter what your tourist interest is, due to its central location that will provide you with comfort on your travelling. A car is not necessary. Optional Airport pick up service (ask for the prices and availability). Optional rental of a garage (10 €/night).
Apartment located on the Paseo Reina Cristina, next to the Retiro park and very close to the Menéndez Pelayo subway and the Atocha station. Bus stop at your doorstep.The 'Buen Retiro' park is the most important green zone in the centre of Madrid. It has a big lake with boats, gardens with roses, fountains and statues. It is an ideal space for a walk or for jogging. Located at a 10-15 minutes walking distance from the Museo del Prado, Reina Sofía and Thyssen-Bornemisza, the CaixaForum, the Botanical Garden, the Alcalá gate and the Neptune and Cibeles fountains. Surrounded by cafeterias, tapas bars, supermarkets, banks, drugstores and very close to Serrano Street, in which all the big brands have their signature stores in. It is also near pubs and discotheques for those who enjoy Madrid's night life. At 200 m. from the health centre in the area, 1 Km. from the Niño Jesús hospital and at 2 Km. from the Gregorio Marañón hospital. A car is not necessary.
