The Linnaeusstraat is a very big apartment that is perfect for large groups of friends and families. This holiday apartment is close to the Amsterdam Zoo. In the zoo, you will find animals from all over the world. It is a great way to visit Amsterdam with your friends and your siblings. It's educational and cultural! The zoo is broken up into four main areas. The aquarium zone. Take a closer look into the Amsterdam’s murky canals and which animals roam the canals of Amsterdam. If you’re really brave, take pics of the crocodiles with your camera! The Botanical Garden is an area where you can learn about diverse plants, trees and shrubs that help create the plant kingdom in the Botanical Gardens. You will also find many exotic species in acclimatized greenhouses and a tropical rainforest greenhouse. The Geological Museum & Planetarium traces the fascinating evolution of the planet that we live in. Go back into time from the beginning of the birth of the universe to the present day. Sit back and take trips to distant star systems! Curious about your ancestors? Visit the geological museum and learn more about our ancestors. The Zoological Museum houses some of the most interesting scientific collections of the early 19th century, as well as a numerous amount of exhibitions.
Life in this apartment is great, there is a washer and dryer in the apartment as well!
The holiday apartment is located on an excellent shopping street. There are many coffee shops in the area as well as cafes & restaurants. It is along the Linnaeustraat, where the Oosterpark lies..
Please note the following conditions:
-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 30 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.
-Early check in from 10am - 3pm is 30 Euro. (Only in cases where there is no guests checking-out the same day).
-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).
There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure. This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund is available under the condition of extra 30 euros payment at check in.

In the case that a check-out is before 9:00, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected.

Steven I dont usually leave reviews but as this such a great trip and accomodation thought I should share with everyone. We stayed in The Linnaeusstraat Pad for 3 nights June 1st - 3rd(booked by myself for my stag do) and were not disapointed. From the minute we landed we knew Amsterdam was going to be amazing !. Apartment was ideally located 10-15 miniutes from Central station on the tram, cost was 2 euro and taxi back at night was 25 euro (split between 5 guys)tram stop was only 2 secs from our front door. We were on a busy street with cafes, shops etc so it ideal in the morning for quick coffee & bite to eat before heading back into the square. The apartment itself was brilliant - we slept 8 guys in it very comfortably so it was an ideal size. It was spotlessly clean and was fully equiped - only thing missing was an iron (didnt bother us too much but may others)cant thank this site enough and although we have just returned we cannot wait to go back (if allowed !!)Stevie x
