In the Jizera Mountains, almost lonely standing, near the village Smrzovka, ca. 5 km east of the town Jablonec nad Nisou and only about 23 km from the famous winter resort Harrachov and from the border to Poland. The house stands in the countryside, on a very quiet place, at an altitude of about 700 m above the sea level, with a beautiful soothing view of green - you can not see any houses, but only the forest, meadows and rocks behind the chalet. The absolute advantage of this house is its location – you are alone and enjoy absolute privacy and nevertheless shops and civilization are only 500 m distant. The surroundings are ideal for hiking, cycling, swimming or taking of various trips – e. g. castle Frydstejn 15 km, cableway to the mountain „Jested“ 17 km, chateau Hruby Rohozec 23 km, ruin of castle Valdstejn 26 km, protected landscape area „Cesky raj“ (the Bohemian Paradise) with famous sandstone rocks and rock formations, castles Trosky and Kost and ruin of castle Humprecht and chateau Hruba Skala 15 km.
