This pink villa is at the deadend of a small road inside the village Kvasiny, some 45 km from the city Hradec Kralove. The house was finished in 2005 and is equipped with all the modern conveniences you are used to at home. The friendly owner lives in the house opposite. The house has two floors and modern and complete equipment. The kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher, the living room has a cosy wood stove and DVD player, two bathrooms of which one has a luxurious corner bath and in the garden boasts a swimming pool (cross-cut of about 3,6 m. and depth of about 1 m.) and covered parking. The partially enclosed garden is about 700 m and is equipped with garden furniture, a barbecue and a veranda. The first floor has two balconies. Do you need anything more? Smoking is not allowed in this house. Due to the bedroom and the bathroom being located on the ground floor as well as the situation of the house in a relatively flat area, it is also suitable for the disabled. The driveway has however a small step to the front door.
