Véritable cocon 5 étoiles de 50m² ensoleillé alliant confort, charme, design, calme et propreté dans le centre de Paris, dans un immeuble haussmannien de 1870, ayant réjoui plusieurs locataires (voir les différents commentaires). A deux pas des galeries Lafayette, près du célèbre et animé quartier du Marais, au pied de tous les théâtres parisiens (La Renaissance, Comédia, Le Splendide, Saint-Antoine). Métro à 50 mètres. Toutes commodités à disposition (grand séjour, chambre avec lit King-Size, dressing, grande douche à l'italienne, cuisine us équipée, lave-linge, TV LCD, lecteur DVD/blue-ray, internet débit max). Possibilité de se garer sous l'immeuble (voir conditions).
De part sa situation géographique, vous pourrez profiter de nombreux sites culturels, visiter de nombreux musées (Le Louvre, Orsay, Grévin..).

This is a newly renovated apartment on the 5th floor of a Haussmann building in the 10th Arrondissement in the city center of Paris. It is an ethnically mixed neighborhood about a half block from the Metro. A bakery, cafe, and Mono Prix are all within a half block. One block away is a historical LouisXIV arch and Julien, a historical restaurant. Luciano welcomed us with croissants and fruit. He also ordered a cab for us the night before our departing flight. We had never been to Paris, but in this location, we were able to easily navigate using the Metro to all the major attractions. Just book it!
A very calm and comfortable apartment, well-decorated and far superior to so many Paris hotels. A good price point too. Don't be concerned by the area upon first arrival, as you are extremely well-located for exploring paris and, in particular, very close to the Canal St Martin which is superb. The flat itself is quiet (facing onto a silent courtyard) and very pleasant with a fridge, coffee-maker, iron, hob, utensils and everything else you could possibly need. It is very clean and very cared for. Right next to the metro too. Very highly recommended.
Appartement extrêmement confortable et très bien aménagé, finitions luxueuses, situé dans un quartier populaire très animé mais tout à fait au calme vu qu'il donne sur deux grandes cours. Seul inconvénient: la toilette dans la salle de bains, qui jouxte la chambre à coucher et le salon, et qui par conséquent n'est pas très discret.
