This recently renovated detached chalet is located right at the edge of the charming village of Uttendorf. The location is ideal. The large lake at Uttendorf is behind the house, and you can swim and fish. In the winter you can choose between the ski areas of Uttendorf/Weißsee, Kitzbühel/Kirchberg or Kaprun/Zell am See, or naturally Nordic ski or walk right from the holiday home. The chalet consists of two holiday homes, and you have the ground floor all to yourself, privacy guaranteed. Two charmingly furnished living rooms/bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave are at your disposal, and there is a lovely sunny terrace and an enormous garden. There is a communal carport. In the owner's nearby house you can (for a fee) use the wellness facilities, including the sauna, steam bath, and massage options, and even have a lovely breakfast.
