This exclusive apartment is located in one of the most beautiful buildings in the center of Paris, on the 6th and last floor with lift.
Entirely renovated recently, the apartment consists of one living room, a kitchen (fully equiped with all kitchen ware), two bedrooms and a shower room.
In terms of entertainment, the apartment has TV, telephone, and wireless internet.

This apartment is truly in the heart of Paris and we quickly became part of the 'village' atmosphere of the cafes/bars and shops in the nearby streets. While some of the workmanship left a bit to be desired and the wireless internet connection was spasmodic in the extreme, the apartment was large enough for four people and I imagine quite spacious by Paris standards. We referred to it as 'our garret' as it is at the top of a very old and quite beautiful building. The location is fantastic, with many historic monuments within walking distance and the Metro close by. I would definitely recommend it to others who want to 'live' Paris, rather than stay in a sterile hotel and visit the sights.

This appartment did not live up to its description (luxury building!!) nor did it provide value for money. Stale smell from beds and pillows, unwashed cover on the only soft chair/futon, cupboards hanging off the walls, loose flexes covering the floors (a considerable health and safety hazard) windows unable to be properly closed in order to reduce the constant traffic noise below -my friend described it in a word - its a DUMP! We didn't even unpack, just hightailed off round the corner and found alternative accommodation for the weekend. VERY disappointed!

Wir haben wunderschöne Tage in Paris verbracht, konnten, Dank der guten Lage der Wohnung alles zu Fuß oder mit dem BateauBus erreichen. Das Haus, ein Theater, ist imposant, bes. der Fahrstuhl sehenswert. Der Blick aus dem Fenster war phantastisch stimmungsvoll. Alles war wie angekündigt - kein Luxus, aber praktisch und gut. TV haben wir nicht zum Funktionieren gebracht. Sehr ruhige Wohnung trotz Innenstadtlage. Sehr empfehlenswert.
