The apartment is located in an exclusive gated community called Mosa Trajectum which is a Dutch development set amongst the mountains on one side and agricultural land on the other. Just 15 minute drive into the centre of the historic city of Murcia or about 20 minutes to the lovely beaches of the Mar Menor gives this location the best of both worlds.The nearest airport is San Javier into which Easyjet, Ryan Air and Monarch all have regular flights. The transfer time is less than 30 minutes making this a very accessible location. Alicante airport is one hour's drive.
The apartment is very luxurious and furnished to the highest standards with all rooms being air conditioned and they also have paddle fans. The lounge is open plan with designer kitchen, breakfast bar, dinning area and seating area with two white leather sofas, coffee table and TV (Spanish stations with a few programmes in English), DVD. There are two patio doors leading onto the covered terrace where you can relax in the garden full of cacti, bougainvillea and hibiscus and its very own water feature.
The two bedrooms both have twin singles, large wardrobes and one bedroom has a large jacuzzi bathroom with overhead shower and a bidet. The second bedroom has an adjacent shower room with bidet.
There is plenty of parking for cars outside the property. The whole site is surrounded lush palm trees and cacti.Immediately in front of the apartments there is a magnificent swimming pool with animal slides, in fact there are three pools to choose from as well as lovely walks through the landscaped grounds.This is a quiet and relaxing location with a great selection of golf courses nearby yet it is not far from the noise and bustle of the city and seaside. A car is neccessary for this location as most facilities are off site.
We require a 100 euro security deposit payable on arrival in cash. This deposit will be returned after you leave if there is no loss or damage to the property.(usually within a week.
