A warm semi-detached chalet (approx. 108 m2) in a quiet hamlet 2 km from Abondance. This typical Savoy chalet (the right-hand part of the chalet) enjoys a lot of sunshine and will bring you all the joys of a typical, large mountain chalet. It benefits from all the comfort you could wish for and has been equipped and decorated with great taste.

The chalet is about 2 km from the authentic village of Abondance (approx. 1000 metres above sea level), surrounded by farms and in the heart of the country. You will be able to enjoy the pleasure of tasting Abondance?s famous local cheese and feast on the local specialities.

The nearest ski lifts are in Abondance (approx. 2 km) and the Portes du Soleil skiing area stretches into Switzerland. A number of walks in this magnificent and authentic valley leave from the chalet. You can also explore the region?s heritage: Evian les Bains (approx. 25 km), boat trips on lake Geneva (approx. 25 km), exploring Mont Blanc (approx. 95 km), Annecy (approx. 120 km).

The house owner lives in the same house where the apartment is situated.
