TOTALLY REMODELED, BEAUTIFUL SUNNY one bedroom furnished apartment near the Centre of Prague, located in the stylish and desirable neighborhood of Vinohrady in Prague 2. Great cafes, bars and restaurants right out your door and only a 10 minute walk to the Wenceslas Square. It's 1.5 blocks to Namesti Miru metro and half a block from the tram lines that will take you to all of the sites!
It's on a quiet residential street (so you can park on the street easily if you need to) but there are many restaurants, bars, shops, grocery stores, parks, bank, pharmacy, deli, post office etc. nearby. It is high speed (over 8G) high speed internet and WIFI.

--It is located on the top/4th floor (with lift) so there is no one above to annoy you. It is completely remodeled with a brand new windows, kitchen and appliances, digital washing machine, fridge/freezer, cooktop, microwave, power shower, toilet and new furnishings, with neutral decor throughout.
--It has hardwood floors throughout and new slate tile in the bathroom and WC. There are built-in wardrobes with plenty of drawers, shelves and hanging rack.
--There is a bedroom separate by new sliding doors, a spacious living room/lounge and brand new kitchen area. The bathroom has a sink, mirror, stand up shower (new), heated towel rack and a separate room for the toilet/WC. Additionally, there are separate doors to enter the bathroom from the living room and bedroom.
--There is a queen size bed, nightstand with drawers, large dresser, dining table with seating for four, bookshelf, coffee table and sofa that folds into a double bed for guests.
-- It is also equipped with everything you need and is move-in ready: sheets, towels, dishes, pots & pans, cutlery, iron and ironing board, drying rack and cleaning supplies as well as maps and travel books about Prague.
--The apartment is south facing so there is plenty of sun. It faces a courtyard and is not on the street-side of the building so you don't hear traffic, buses or pedestrians.
As we are not a hotel, please note that we allow check-ins up until 9PM, so please make your travel arrangements accordingly. The flat is very close to the train station and a 35 minute taxi from the airport.

Really nice place Very good location : quiet neighborhood, near subway and tram 22 which cover most of typical tourist destinations! Nearby market. The flat is good for 4 people, well-equipped kitchen, well-heated, wifi, towel. Very good communication, lot of information to find the flat (easy to find). We had fun! Thank you!! I recommend!!
I am back home, but left my heart in this beautiful apartment in the most beautiful city. The only, but really only, disappointment I had was when my offer to purchase this little jewel of an apartment in glorious Prague was courteously declined :-( Everything was in tip top condition, easy to navigate and just in general to have the most glorious few days of me-time. I contacted Kelly (owner) via HouseTrip two days before my requested booking date. Despite it being late in the evening already, Kelly got back to me in about 15 minutes. Not only was I impressed with her prompt response, she also went out of her way to help with additional arrangements and requests, and provided a 'Welcome Pack' better than most hotels. She is incredible well organised and super helpful! The apartment is wonderful too. Just the right size, very well equipped and although close to public transport, located ideally to even walk wherever you want to be. I can highly recommenced the apartment, and personally look forward to booking it again on my next visit to Prague. Thank you Kelly and Jitka for helping to make our stay in Prague an unforgettable experience.
