Situated on an attractive quiet residential road near East Hill - this immaculately presented totally self-contained wing of a grand Victorian house offers extremely comfortable family accommodation. With it's wonderful high ceilings the house feels spacious and light. Only 10 minutes walk from the beach - or take the longer option and enjoy the spectacular views from the East Hill paths. The house is also minutes from the historic Old Town, a short drive to medieval Rye and the Hastings Country Park at nearby Fairlight - there really is something to keep everyone happy.

Remark: Due to the steepness of the stairs this property is not entirely suitable for toddlers or those with restricted mobility.
