House Murtelica, on the island of Pasman, has two bedrooms, each with two beds. The fresh water reservoir is of 30.000 l, the electricity of 12V is solar powered. Running water is installed in the toilet and in the kitchen, the shower is equipped with thermo-bags (these bags, if they are put in the sunny place, worm up the water in them to the comfortable temperature for a shower). In the kitchen is a gas refrigerator and a gas stove. Bed linen and dishware are prepared for you. There is a barbecue outside. Transfer from Tkon (Pasman) to the house is in the price, but you can also get to this house by your car. Combination possibility with Soline, for groups of 8 persons, since the houses are on about 20m from each other.

Upon arrival a registration fee of EUR 1.50 per person will be charged.
ATTENTION:
There is a one-time registration fee upon arrival of EUR 1,50 per person to be paid on the site.
With your car u can drive to the holiday home. (Ferry tickets are not included in the price).
There is the possibility to rent a motorboat (on request).
The water supply is limited; please use it sparingly.
Attention: electricity of 12 V, however, this is only for lights, and for mobile phone battery recharge, maybe a radio. No household equipment, hairdryers, laptops etc.
Important: The arrival in Biograd should be till noon because of the specific transfer. Please make sure to be on time.
Additional fees, if applicable, must be arranged directly with the Host after booking. Only accommodation fees are payable when booking through the HouseTrip platform.
