This rustic residence is a combination of tourism and wine culture. The residence consists of 18 apartments which have been completely renovated and are cosily and comfortably furnished. The spacious garden with its trees, shrubs, plants and flowers has a fantastic view of the hills and the mountains in the distance.

The shared swimming pool is shaped like a lotus blossom with a central fountain and a jacuzzi. There's a lovely view of the gently rolling hills of Umbria. The sun terrace looks out onto the swimming pool and is the ideal spot to relax and unwind.

Tours and wine tastings are organised for the guests, including visits to the vineyards.
