Casa Hill takes its name from its beautiful position on the hillside above a ground road. The house is entirely constructed of natural stone and finished with wood and wrought iron. Despite its large dimensions (50 m) the sitting room is very attractive with a lovely fireplace, an antique wooden dining table and comfortable easy chairs, where you can enjoying sitting around the fireplace. The garden is stepped so that you have access from the first floor to the patio and the garden. At the rear of the property is a second patio. Large garden(400 m) with swing, slide and an attractive covered terrace with barbeque.
Lake Como offers many beautiful towns located around the lake which you can also reach by ferryboat like Bellaggio, Gravedona, Cernobbio and the world famous Villa d'Este, Como etc. For example the nice town of Menaggio has a nice promenade along Lake Como.
During a stay in this holiday home, you can combine visiting the lake and nearby cities like Milan with practising wintersport;
Saint Moritz in Switzerland and Madesimo in Italy can be reached in 80 minutes circa.
