Spacious and neat linked house ( on the 2nd level) at the Como lake on the side of Lecco, where the lake is the purest. The accommodation (with a view over the lake) belongs to a residential complex of high standards. Various facilities available, among others.: 2 swimming pools (15 x 7,5 m), tennis court, covered parking area, big communal enclosed garden, private little garden, port at the entrance (to be operated with own key code). Beautiful situated in the lovely town Lierna, furthermore the house is perfect for an amusing holiday along the Como Lake. The beautiful pebble beach "La Riva Bianca" located within 200m, shops and restaurants within 500m. In the surrounding you can visit among others: Varenna along the coast of the lake (via the road s.p.72). On request a place for your boat can be arranged, at the local harbour. The location is ideal even for the winter sport (the fashionable and exclusive St.Moritz is situated within 1hr drive) and visit Milan by train this way you can shop wonderfully in Milan without traffic and parking place: in the town there is a small and easy train station (info, prices and times on: www.trenitalia.com), from which the railway line passes at 30m of the vacationhouse (it is a secondary railway line).
Via the public boat transport, you can quickly go to Bellagio and reach the other side of the lake (info, prices and times of the boat line on: www.navigazionelaghi.it)

The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described.
A small distance from the house is the restaurant "Il Crotto" where local specialties are still being prepared according to the old recipes (Handmade pasta, deserts etc.): recommended!
Famous actors like George Clooney for example often stays along the Como Lake, he bought 2 villas there; therefore take the chance to come across such famous celebrities in restaurants or other locations.
