Situated in a residencial area of Lisbon, 2 minutes walking from the QUINTA DAS CONCHAS metro station and Quinta das Conchas Park and 15 minutes by subway to Lisbon historic center and Parque das Nações, the apartment is fully equipped and tastefully decorated in a very comfortable way. The best points are its fireplace and spectacular swimming pool on the terrace (12º floor) where you will be able to look at a big part of the city and also the free parking space in the private garage. Kids have also a playground in the complex garden. A good choice for a relaxed holliday in Lisbon without the noice of the center and safer, but close enought to everything. Feel like at your own home. We provide fully eqquiped kitcken,Free Wi-fi, LCD TV, DVD player with movies and cd's, speakers for MP3 or your pc, social games, toys and information about Lisboa and the region. There are 2 good supermarkets at 100m, restaurants (take away), cofee-shops and medical clinics and pharmacy. The maximum occupancy of the apartment is two couples and a child. The cleaning fee €50 and the security deposit €100(refundable when you check out), are payed in cash on arrival.
