This apartment is located in a quiet street in Cattolica with a communal garden with a bench swing and garden furniture, where you can spend wonderful relaxed hours. The apartment has spacious sunny bedrooms and is equipped with air-conditioning. The owner has a few bicycles available for cycling enthusiasts.
Cattolica is THE resort for families. With beautiful sandy beaches, lovely shopping streets and many restaurants and bars. In the evenings you can stroll along the boulevard. There is something for people of any age in Cattolica.
Gradara, Montegridolfo and Urbino are wonderful excursions in the area. There are also many fun parks on the Adriatic coast. These include Fiabilandia in Rimini for the little ones, and Italia in Miniatura in Riccione, Acquafan and Oltremare, and in Cattolica there is a dolphinarium and sea park. But that is only the beginning.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters.
If the tenant's stay is longer than one week linen package will be charged on a weekly bases.
The house owner lives in the same house where the apartment is situated.
