This is an attractive apartment in the Tuscan hills, near Empoli and approximately 30 km from Florence. The apartment forms part of an elegant villa with an Italian style garden and used to be the residence of Tuscan nobility. The spacious apartment is on the first floor and has been tastefully furnished in typical Tuscan style. It is in the village of Montelupo Fiorentino which is well known for its ceramics. There is a large swimming pool which is shared with the other apartments in the villa. There are parasols and sun loungers. The villa is on the historic road that leads to beautiful Florence so you have easy access to the city as it is only 30 km away. There you can enjoy the Uffizi Museum, the Ponte Vecchio Bridge, the Boboli Gardens and many works of Michelangelo. You can also explore other parts of beautiful Tuscany, such as Montecatini Terme, famous for its thermal springs (approx. 45 min by car) and San Gimignano with its many towers (approx. 1 hour drive). Or you can just sit back and enjoy the Tuscan landscape and the sun.
