Our guesthouse is situated in a quiet area of Bad Kohlgrub, a small town nestled in the Ammergauer Alps in Bavaria, Germany. From either of our guesthouse you will have stunning views to the mountains.

We attach importance to affectionate details! Our apartments welcome you with a light, sunny atmosphere in Bavarian style and 4 stars comfort. The view from the balcony of the mountains or nature is breathtaking! The wide-spread garden is excellent for relaxing and enjoying the moment. Active people have the possibility to hike, walk or bike on one of the routs located near our house. If you travel with your family, you can book a second bedroom with own WC and shower.

The price including also holiday fun for free with the Königscard: your key to a wonderful experience in our unique landscape!

With your own Königscard you can enjoy free admittance to over 180 top attractions within the holiday regions of Ammergauer Alpen, Allgäu and Tirol. Including: cable-cars and chairlifts, swimming pools, sauna, museums, recreational and sport facilities, family programmes and much more.

All the 4-star vacation apartmentes have been furnished with all comforts and great attention to detail. The apartments will be fittted out with bed linen and towels.

Cycling paths, hiking paths and cross-country trails start just outside the door. Our guesthouse is situated in a quiet area of Bad Kohlgrub, a small town nestled in the Ammergauer Alps in Upper Bavaria, Germany. Bad Kohlgrub is surrounded by National Parks, cultural highlights (King Ludwig`s castles Neuschwanstein and Linderhof, monastery Ettal, Oberammergau -Passion-play, Garmisch Partenkirchen etc.). It’s also easy for you to make a day trip to Munich, Italy, Austria, Chiemsee, Königssee and Bodensee because the position of our village is very central.

We would love to welcome you to our guesthouse and make your holidays enjoyable and memorable.
