There is a full size tennis court, football field, table tennis table, a billiard table and a basketball hoop with net to play when it has cooled off in the evening.
Through the location on a dead end street in a green zone, this villa offers plenty of privacy. You are only a 10 minute drive away from the centre of Altea with its lovely beaches, marina, boulevard, bars and restaurants and shops. The centre of Altea la Vella is 1.5km away. The villa is located only 1 km from the Club de Golf Don Cayo, where golf lovers can hit the links. Within 30 minutes in the car you will find various walking trails, horseback rides, the Terra Mítica and Terra Natura theme parks and other excursions on the Costa Blanca.
Upon request and for a fee you can utilize a number of services such as a heated swimming pool and interim cleaning.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters.
