Can Elisa is an old finca. It has been renovated with great care in the traditional style of the island. This has created a beautiful, spacious house with seven bedrooms and five bathrooms. There are two separate apartments as well as the main house. Privacy is assured for everyone.
Can Elisa is in a very quiet location in the Morna valley. It is 7 km from Santa Eulalia and 16 km from Ibiza town. The house enjoys beautiful views over the valley and its rolling hills. The nearest good supermarket is 1,5 km away. It has a wide range of organic produce. The swimming pool is 9m x 4m and is at the front of the house. There is a spacious outdoor kitchen with a four-burner cooker, oven and dishwasher. A large dining table and a barbecue are on the terrace next to the outdoor kitchen.
There is ample parking space by the house. The entrance to the house is via two patios. The 70 m2 apartment is in the first patio. It has a spacious open plan live-in kitchen with a two-burner cooker, oven and small fridge. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, double wash-basin and toilet. There is satellite TV and a CD player. You reach the main house via the second patio. The other apartment is on the left. It has a twin bedroom and a double bedroom. These rooms share a bathroom with bath, toilet and bidet. This patio has a utility room with washing machine and dryer. There are pleasant seats and a table. You enter the main house via the Entrada with its large dining table. The house has four bedrooms. There is a double bedroom on the left, up a few steps. There is another double bedroom with a private terrace on the right in the Entrada. This is also via some steps. These bedrooms share a bathroom in the Entrada with bath, wash basin and toilet. There is also a television room with a wide-screen TV.
There are two more double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi/bath, washbasin, toilet and seating area with satellite TV. The kitchen is well equipped with a five-burner cooker, dishwasher, two-door fridge and microwave. There is a breakfast area and an attractive seating area, with cushions, around the open fireplace.
All bedrooms have air conditioning.
There is a large studio of 100 m2 next to the house. It has air-conditioning and plenty of natural light. The studio is available for wedding parties and dinners.
