Luxury villas located in a residential area in the priviliged area of the Costa Teguise on Lanzarote, only 500 m from a sandy beach, 250 m from the promenade and close to the House of the Spanish royal family and where the Spanish president uses to spend his holidays

A few minutes walk you find commercial areas with restaurants, supermarkets, shops and different types of activities for children and adults.

All villas have two levels, their decoration is a style of modern and luxury, thinking in comfort and all details you might need to spend some unforgettable holidays. They have a spacious and lightly living room with access to the terrace and swimming pool area, with comfortable sofas, TV and a large table to enjoy family dinners.

All villas have 4 spacious and lightly bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom with a double bed, bath en suite with a shower and a separate bath with hydro massage and a dressing room. There is a second bedroom with a double bed and the other three bedrooms with two single beds each.

From the kitchen as well from the living room you have a direct access to the terrace where you can enjoy the swimming pool, outside living room, sun beds, parasol and BBQ area.

The villa is prepared for children, with high chair, crockery and cutlery and there place for family meeting, TV and games in the spacious basement.

Because these are private properties, they were decorated according to the owner’s personal taste and surface area, furnishing and size may vary – the level of comfort is as described, however.
