The Le Memeint cottage (85 m2) is in the recently restored tower of this 19th century mansion. Renovated and decorated with taste, this rural cottage overlooks 3000 m2 of wooded, open park and has a south-facing terrace (68 m2).
The two large bedrooms on the first and second floors are very bright and open onto the park.
Situated right in the countryside, 75 km from the Pink City (Toulouse), 15 km from Lombez and Samatan, you will enjoy a peaceful holiday.
The unobtrusive owner lives in the house attached to the tower.

Above, at first the sight and the light, their purity and their transparency are the secret of this site.
“Haute-Garonne”, (we are there! ):
- Bagnères-de-Luchon and the Pass of Tourmalet (stages of the Tour de France 2010) is 100 km
- The basilica of Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges 70 km
- "Gorges of Save" (30 km)
- "Toulouse" Capital of Midi-Pyrénées in 75 km
"The Gers", is 2 kilometers of the house:
- The market of "Samatan" capital of the "foie gras " every on Monday morning in 15 km
- "Auch" the city of d' Artagnan in 63 km
- The Festival "Jazz in Marciac" le July 30th to August 15th in 63 km.
But if you wish “green” holidays, you can leave walking on foot in roads around the house, along the river or to go to visit our old village Puymaurin (1km)

The Lake of Gimone and its wild but watched beach will make the happiness of the youngest (15 km).
