Emmanuel Premier séjour à New York avec 2 enfants. Appartement idéalement situé car proche du métro et de Central Park. Supermarché proche de l'habitation. Carlo a été parfait, un appel téléphonique aprés notre arrivée à JFK et Carlo nous attendait à l'appartement!! Propreté parfaite des lieux et tout fonctionne. Carlo prends le temps de tout expliquer. Ce voyage a été formidable !! Merci Carlo pour ton acceuil et merci HouseTrip pour la gestion des réservations.

Julie Comme cela était notre première location sur Manhattan, nous étions très nerveux. En plus avec trois enfants, ce n’est pas toujours facile de trouver un logement. Notre séjour s’est passé de façon parfaite. Le logement était parfait. Même si le logement est petit, il peut très bien accommoder une famille comme la nôtre (deux adultes et trois enfants). Les lit sont confortables et il y de très grandes fenêtres. La proximité des attraits de New-York est idéale. Le logement est au 4e étage, mais il y un ascenseur. Carlo est très disponible et très souple. Bons conseils sur les activités à faire dans la ville. Nous avons stationné notre voiture pour trois jours au coin de la 53e rue et de la 10e avenue dans un stationnement intérieur. Super simple. Coupon rabais pour le stationnement disponible sur le Web.

jtc2000 Great location, comfy bed, nice to have kitchenette. Good clean condition except shower curtain was past due for replacement. Would stay again.

Frank Petit appartement très agréable à un prix raisonnable, surtout en basse saison. L'équipement est tout à fait suffisant (cuisine) et la salle de bain très propre,la lingerie est abondante et la douche/baignoire fonctionne très bien. Plutôt bien situé à quelques blocs de Broadway et des théâtres cet appartement convient parfaitement pour deux personnes, éventuellement avec des enfants. Seuls "bémols", l'aspect extérieur très quelconque et un chauffage difficile à régler (mieux vaut s'informer à l'arrivée d'autant que le propriétaire est sympathique)
