J'habite dans le même immeuble que l'appartement que je loue. Notre immeuble est petit, cosy et familial. Nous avons tous des enfants en bas age, dormons tous sur la cour et cherchons le calme au quotidien.

En plein cœur de Paris dans le quartier piéton Montorgueil : rue Tiquetonne, Paris 2ème arrondissement
L'appartement est à 10/15 mn maximum à pied de la Seine, du Louvre, du centre Beaubourg, de Notre Dame, des grands magasins et très accessible en transports en commun.
Le quartier, un plus ancien et des plus historique de Paris est connu pour ses restaurants, ses bars, son côté animé, ses fins magasins de bouche et se situe à 2 pas des boutiques de créateurs de la place des victoires.
Dans un immeuble de 1850, l’appartement vient d’être entièrement refait à neuf.
Il possède :
- un salon avec un canapé 2 couchages 140cmX200cm
- une chambre avec un lit 2 couchages 140cmX200cm
- une petite entrée,
- une cuisine entièrement équipée
- une salle d'eau avec douche pluie,
- des toilettes séparées,
l'appartement possède le charme de l’ancien : parquet, moulures, tommettes dans la salle d’eau et une cheminée d’ornement dans le salon

In the very heart of Paris, located in the famous pedestrian Montorgueil Village :
rue Tiquetonne, 2nd arrondissement.
You could see most of the Parisien touristic sights just by walking around : the Seine, the Louvre Museum, Notre Dame, the Pompidou Center and the Galeries Lafayette are maximum 10 to 15 mn walking.
The "Village Montorgueil" is one of the oldest and most fashionable quarter of Paris known for its restaurants, cafes, bakeries, cheese shops... Round the corner, you'll be at the Place des Victoires, well known for the fashion shops and the typical french market of the Saint Eustache Church.
In a 1850's building, the apartment is newly refurbished. You'll find
- a livingroom with a sofa/bed 4,6X6,6 feet
- a bedroom with a bed 4,6X6,6 feet
- a small hall,
- une kitchen with all amenities,
- a bathroom with a rain shower,
- separated toilets,
You'll live like a parisien in a typical parisien charming apartment with wood floor, old floor tiles, mouldings on the ceiling and an old ornament fire place.
Because of its central location, You will easily go to all the touristic sights with the metro or the fast train (30mn to Versailles and Disney Land). You could take the train from every parisien train station in less than 30mn or be at the airport in 40mn.
If you want to rent the parking lot, ask before about its availability and it's extra charge.

Wir waren vier Mädels und super zufrieden! Die Lage ist genial. U-Bahn ganz in der Nähe. Tolle Shops, Bars und Restaurants gleich vor der Tür. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Buchung, Schlüsselübergabe etc. hat perfekt funktioniert. Virginie, vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt. Wir empfehlen das Appartement auf jeden Fall weiter!!!
wir waren super zufrieden mit der Wohnung; ist sehr zu empfehlen! Besonders toll ist die Lage, schöne Gegend, sehr zentral und viele Bars, Restaurant,... gleich um die Ecke! Die Wohnung selber war sauber, nett eingerichtet, zwar klein, aber für ein WE völlig ausreichend.
A family of four, we found this apartment clean, secure, well-located and everything worked! It is compact.... but quite adequate as a comfortable base for a few nights. The shops in adjoining Rue Montorgueil are stunning in their array of food on offer; cheese shops, bakeries, wine shops, fruit shops, ATMs and supermarkets. A good selection of restaurants too. Very close to Metro and easy walking distance to Notre Dame and the Louvre. Virginie is a friendly and helpful host, who is nearby to assist if necessary. More fun/flexibility and better value than hotel, which we always used before.
