Stay 28th feb-3nights.The apartment itself is lovely and true to the photos.Comfortable beds and nice bedrooms. The shower door didn't shut properly and so leaked water onto the bathroom floor whenever it was used.We stopped using as a result and just used the other bathroom. The kitchen is lacking in crockery and glasses. We had one wine glass and 2 plastic ones(between 6 people) Not enough cups either. Maybe they had been broken before at some stage and not replaced. The real problem however was an anxious dog in the apartment above us. It barked and howled every night (starting in the in the early hours and going on for hours every night) We became quite fed up after the second night of no sleep and tried to contact our host. Unfortunately he never replied. As you can imagine this was very disappointing. I'm not sure what he could have done about it but just to ignore my messages was rude. It's a lovely apartment but I cannot recommend it to anyone because of this. -Such a shame.
Sehr schöne Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Lage in Palmas Zentrum. Zum Placa Major 10 Gehminuten, zur Kathedrale 15 min. In der Nähe einige wirklich gute Restaurants, unser Tipp: Tasca de Blanquerna von Sternekoch Fosh auf der anderen Straßenseite. Ein kleines Manko gab es dann doch: das Schlafzimmer zur Straße ist sehr hellhörig und laut.
Stunning apartment in an upmarket residential area of central Palma. Old town and beach a 15 minute walk or short taxi ride away. The apartment itself has been recently decorated and tastefully furnished to a high standard. Everything you need is here, from the modern bathrooms, fully equipped designer kitchen and air conditioned rooms. Opposite is one of the most famous ice cream stores in Palma! The street outside is closed to traffic, therefore peaceful, the supermarket and restaurants on the pavement outside. The main shopping areas of Palma centre are a brisk 5 minutes walk. The host was really good and checked that we were happy with the apartment before leaving us to enjoy our stay. During the week we hired a car, and had no issues parking it for free nearby until 9am the following morning. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property, it's nicely located a short distance away from the main tourist drag. Perfect, peaceful and funky.
