A beautiful, luxury villa with 3 en-suite air-conditioned double bedrooms.In the perfect location for both a quiet relaxing holiday or a more energetic holiday or a bit of both.
Situated in a gated community with 24 hour security, right on the golf course and only a 7 minute walk (2 minute drive) to Cotton Bay Village where our guests have full access to the pool, bars, restaurants, beach and spa. Take a look at the Cotton Bay website and you will be very impressed.
10 minutes away by car is the main tourist area of Rodney Bay village and marina with its shops, bars, restaurants and casino.
The villa is fully equipped including Cable HDTV, DVD player (and lots of DVD's),Internet, Wi-fi,IPod dock with wireless speakers, CD player, Wii and Playstation (with lots of games), electric piano, golf clubs, projector and intruder alarm.
Also a fully equipped kitchen including an American style fridge/freezer with ice maker,microwave, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, breadmaker, yogurt maker, blender, juicer, coffe maker, toaster and kettle.
The patio plunge pool with fish fountain is really special and a great place to sit day or night.
The bedrooms all have air-conditioning and ceiling fans.
There is a sundeck with loungers.
The villa is one of only two in the community that has a double sized patio, it has the best view of the sea from the patio the patio is not overlooked by other villas on the complex.
The cost includes our housekeeper(Monica) coming in twice a week for 4 hours to clean and make up the beds and if time permits she will also do your washing and ironing.
If required we can organise a local chef to come in and cook a special meal as well as stocking the freezer with superb meals so you do not have to cook. The cost is only an additional £35.00 for 5 hours

20% of the rental cost is payable with the booking and the balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. Cancellations will not receive a refund but date changes (if available) are permissible more than 8 weeks prior to arrival with no loss of deposit..

A security/breakages deposit is required 8 weeks before arrival and given no problems will be refunded within 7 days of the end of your holiday

We provide a full welcome pack (including You Tube Videos) detailing where to go and what to do.

HouseTrip enables you to pay for your bookings online using a debit or credit card. This payment is then held securely by an independent third party until 2 days after you have arrived at the property, when it is transferred to the owner. Additional Fees
