Bright modern summer house at walking distance from Cala Carbó beach and just a few minute drive away from San José town. Villa Itaca is a tastefully decorated, impeccable two storey villa, which is child safe and fully gated. The property is located in a small, residential area on the way down to Cala Carbó beach. Other near beaches are lovely Cala Vadella and romantic Cala d'Hort. From the villa terraces you get fantastic views up to Es Vedra rock. Into Ibiza town it is a 20 min. drive from Villa Itaca and to San Antonio ten minutes.

The house distributes into a main living and dining area with separate, spacious and fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom suite is located right next to the living room, whereas the three guest bedrooms are located on one level with the pool and have their own entrance.
