Curaçao is a two-room house located in the heart of San Lorenzo, in Via degli Ausoni, close to Piazza dei Sanniti. It is located on the fourth and last floor (with elevator) of a historical building of the 20s, and it's sunny. The apartment comprises a double bedroom with an inner bathroom with shower, a large living room with kitchenette and a peninsula in stone and the hall. In the living room you find a comfortable sofa bed and a table with chairs. The kitchenette has stove, refrigerator, sink, washing machine and everything you need for cooking. The living room has large French windows that open onto a beautiful balcony overlooking the bell tower of Piazza degli Aurunci. The room is equipped with air conditioning. You can use internet wi fi 24 hours a day. A cradle is available if you need it.
Ideal both for a romantic couple, with or without a child, or two friends. Double glazing and overlooking on the inner courtyard make the house very quiet despite the busy and noisy atmosphere of the neighborhood.
San Lorenzo is one of the most fashionable neighborhoods of the capital city, characterized by the presence of the University that makes it a meeting point for young people, it's like an outdoor multi-ethnic theater. In its streets you can still find craftsman's laboratories of the last century mixed up with trendy bars that open and close constantly chasing the latest trends.
Just next door on the street, there is the historic bar "Celestine" of the early '900, today become a staple of the nightlife of San Lorenzo. As written on the Routard Guide, "the more pleasant and intense atmosphere that you can breathe". Few meters from the gate, Piazza dei Sanniti, you find "Pommidoro", the historic restaurant attended by Pasolini and other Roman writers in the 70s. In Piazza degli Aurunci, every morning, takes place a picturesque open-air market where you can buy fresh fish and other natural food. San Lorenzo is 2 km far from Termini railway station, key point for transports, and not far from the Tiburtina railway station, the new main railway station of Rome. Moreover, it is connected to the center with several lines of buses and trams.

le foto sono fedelissime alla realtà...la casa è calda e accogliente in tutti i sensi...dalla sua proprietaria simona, ai colori della casa, alla gente del quartiere di san lorenzo...zona strategica sia per il transito e l'utilizzo dei mezzi pubblici (raggiungibilissima tuttavia anche a piedi dalla stazione termini)sia per l'acquisto dei generi di necessità alimentari perchè per il resto la casa è fornitissima. Eccellenti anche le scelte musicali a disposizione e per quanto ci ha riguardato, l'assenza della tv. Mascia e Saverio
Très bon rapport qualité/prix. un bar très animé juste en bas dans la rue, mais l'appartement donne côté cour donc il est relativement calme à ce niveau. Le seul bémol quant à notre séjour serait certainement le voisin en plein travaux, mais ce sont les aléas quant on choisit ce type d'hébergement. La propriétaire est très chaleureuse et accueillante, l'appartement bien situé, très lumineux et agréable.
