Very quiet and perfectly accessible, one bedroom apartment, which consists of bedroom with living area, cozy kitchen with sit-in area, bathroom with bath and great balcony. First floor with elevator (unfortunately not suitable for handicapped). The apartment is recently renovated, smoking is not allowed. Free parking down the street, plenty of grocery shops in the area, banks, post office, restaurants, cafes, library, park for jogging, all within few minutes walking distance. It's very accessible, closest metro station Birkenstraße or Turmstraße. Only 2 metro stations till Ku´damm boulevard and famous Berliner Zoo, 10 minutes till one of the most beutiful parks in Europe - Tiergarten, 10 minutes till central rail station. Perfect for singles, couples, families with kids, anyone who appreciates clean and comfortable environment and looks for a quiet, yet central residence in Berlin Mitte.

Appartement correspondant aux photos, accueillant, propre, simple, bien chauffé, tranquille, idéal pour 3 adultes, car cuisine petite ou pour famille avec 2 enfants. Il se situe proche de 2 entrées de métro et du bus. Un restaurent Grec à côté qui est bien sympa . Je vous le recommande. Propriétaire avenant, il nous a permis d'arriver plus tôt et de partir bien plus tard, car l'appartement n'était pas réservé. Nous avons apprécié cette gentillesse, car notre fils étant malade nous avons pu attendre "chez nous" tranquillement l'heure du départ pour l'aéroport.
