This is a fantastic duplex apartment situated in the heart of Campo de Ourique, one of the traditional neighborhoods of Lisbon, with a life of its own (lots of shops, art galleries and Coffee shops). A residential area with large streets to park the car, public gardens and beautiful buildings, most of them dated from the beginning of the XX century.
Most of the intelectuals,Politicians, artists and journalists choose Campo de Ourique to live.
This apartment represents the essence of Campo de Ourique, due to the building it is in, dated from 1910. The building has a beautifully front wall covered with tiles dating from that time, very well preserved.
Amoreiras shoping and Basilica da Estrela are just 5 min away by walk.
From there you can take de famous electric n.º 28, to downtown. It is the most beautiful trip for all the historical district of Lisbon which lasts about 20 min.(basilica, S. Bento, Bairro Alto, Baixa, Castelo, Alfama).

Appartement refait à neuf trés propre et tres bien agencé . Il ya tout ce qu'il faut . Nous étions trois couples, beaucoup d'espace et avec les deux salles de bain aucun probléme.Tout ce qu'il faut aux alentours(Petits restaus,boulangerie,superettes etc ...).Le N°28 à proximité permet de se rendre au centre de la ville trés facilement .Luisa et son mari sont trés sympathiques ,ils nous ont donnés beaucoup de renseignements et offert une bouteille de vin et d'huile d'olive .L'endroit est silencieux a part quelques avions sur le matin mais ce n'est pas une grande nuisance .Je recommande vraiment cet appartement . Juste à savoir le nettoyage n'est pas une option comme indiquée dans l'annonce mais une obligation dont nous avons du nous acquittée soit 40 euros .
Wir waren mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden! Die Eigentümerin war sehr nett und hat uns gut weitergeholfen wo was zu finden ist (Supermarkt, MOB Laden etc.). Die Wohnung war recht sauber und es war alles da, was für eine Woche benötigt wurde. Das einzige Manko: Es gibt keine Heizung. Es gab jedoch zwei Heizlüfter. Die haben aber leider nicht die Wärme gebracht, die in den kalten Wintertagen nach Regen notwendig gewesen wäre. Rundherum waren wir alle (8 Personen) sehr zufrieden und würdn gerne wieder kommen (im Frühling oder Sommer :))
We were 3 couples staying at this big and lovely apartment. It was fully furnished and equipped and we were very welcomed by Luisa and her husband. They had prepared maps and tips about the neighborhood that was very helpful. The bedrooms was very clean and the house overall very luxurious. Note there is no elevator and it's a cold apartment for staying in winter time. But we had a very pleasant stay and we truly recommend this apartment for family and couples!
