Le studio lui même était très bien pas de problème, propre, neuf, agréable. Par contre malgré le terme BED & BREAKFAST, pas de BREAKFAST, juste une cafetière dans la chambre. ce terme est relativement mensonger ici car il ne désigne alors pas la prestation comme ce devrait être le cas. Ensuite l'adresse mentionnée n'est pas la bonne ainsi que la photo de la façade ! en effet le studio ne donne pas directement sur la place mais dans une petite rue juste a coté. donc adresse et photo de façade mensongère. c'est pas grand chose mais c'est désagréable cette malhonnêteté. on finira par parler des travaux (du bruit) en cours dans l'immeuble, le propriétaire était au courant car c'est lui qui les menait... et on a du les subir le matin ou le midi avant même d'être levés! toutes ces critiques n'ont même pas pu être faites en face car nous n'avons pas recroisé les proprio avant de partir bref...
The location is perfect to enjoy all the pleasures Sevilla has to offer starting from breakfast at the square del Salvador, where the studio is situated, to nearby walks in the center. Friendly hosts, comfortable room with a small "kitchenette" (all necessary tools listed in the property description). Wifi connection perfect. Really enjoyable stay and good value for money.

Host response Hola Arthur, lamentamos que no hayas quedado satisfecho con nuestros servicios.Nos gustaría aclarar las críticas a las que te refieres en tu reseña. - En ningún momento ofrecemos servicio de desayuno. - El edificio donde se ubica la suite hace esquina y en ningún momento anunciamos que la habitación tenga vistas a la plaza. - No somos culpables de que haya obras en un edificio cercano, puede pasar en cualquier sitio. - Sentimos que no pudieras hablar con nosotros antes de irte pero no sabíamos vuestra hora de salida y cuando llegamos a las 11 (hora de check out ) ya no estabaís. Sentimos que la suite no estuviera a la altura de tus expectativas pero ofrecemos los servicios publicitados en Housetrip sin la intención de engañar a nadie. Un saludo.
