The MOMA Suite is a beautiful, one bedroom, 2 room apartment that sleeps 4 people in the very centre of Manhattan – located in Midtown Manhattan and just a 5 minute walk from the Museum of Modern Art. The apartment is comfortable and cosy with all the amenities necessary for a great stay in New York. The location is absolutely amazing! If you want to stay in New York and live like a New Yorker and not like a tourist, this apartment is for you. This is one of the best neighborhoods to fully experience New York. The MOMA Suite and the other apartments managed by our company are the only environmentally-friendly serviced apartments in New York. We are trying to have as little impact on environment as possible – the apartment is not perfect yet but it is getting there. We are using only eco-friendly cleaning supplies and recycled materials for all the paper and glass that we use in the apartment. We have signed a special contract with the electric company to ensure that we use only electricity generated by wind and water – it costs a little more but we think it is worth it. We also try to use as much recyclable materials as possible. Nowadays everyone has to be thinking about the impact on our planet, and it’s the little things like this that start to make a difference. Please, read our tips on becoming a green traveller. The apartment has a cosy, good sized bedroom with very large closet space and a queen size bed. The living room has a pull out sofa bed that can sleep up to 2 people as well as a table with chairs and cable TV with International channels. The living room also has a large closet. The apartment also comes with free wireless Internet access. The kitchen is just the right size and has a stove, all the pots and pans and cutlery that you will need to cook your own meals. Considering the apartment location and the amenities, the apartment is one of the best apartments in our database in terms of value for money. We hope to see you in New York!

• If the booking is cancelled more than 21 days before arrival date, the Hospitality Provider will charge a $50 processing fee
• If the booking is cancelled 21-14 days before arrival date the Hospitality Provider will charge a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the booking
• If the booking is cancelled 14-7 days before arrival date the Hospitality Provider will charge a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booking
• If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival date the booking will be non-refundable**
