I have 6 apartments in total - all in the same building, which makes it easy to book for groups as well!

I want my guests to have every service they could wish for. That is why I also provide 2 Austrian mobile phones for each apartments so my guest can avoid expensive roaming charges during the stay. In addition: all phones calls made within Austria are free of charge!!
In case you do not want to carry your own laptop during the trip, I provide a laptop in each apartment so that you can easily access the wireless high speed internet (WLAN).
This particular apartment is a studio perfect for 1-2 persons. It has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave oven, one room with a bunk bed, dining table, waredrobe, sofa, big flat screen TV with cable TV offering a wide range of international channels. WC with shower and washing machine. High speed wireless internet connection is of course available.
Perfect infrastructure: the apartment is right on underground line U4 Meidling Hauptstrasse which takes you to the city centre in 5 stops. There is also a direct bus line to the centre from the apartment. Schönbrunn Palace is a couple of walking minutes away!
The apartment can be booked for a minimum of 2 nights.

A really nice appartment. Very comfortable, clean, with all the household appliance you need and even more! We had every informations we asked for from the owner (Who is very welcoming by the way!) We were at 1min walk from the subway (then 10 min to go to the center). Schonbrunn is at 10 min walk. We really enjoyed the stay there and plan to go back some day!
I am very satisfied with our stay. The apartment was fully equipped and very comfortable. We traveled with my son and it was ideal for a trip with a small kid (below 3 y/rs of age).Our host Ingela was very kind and responsive to all our requests. The location is also good - quite near to a metro station, just 10-15 min. from the center with U4, and within a short walking distance from Schonbrunn Palace. The only thing that was not quite convenient for a family was the loft bed, but on the other hand this opened more free space in the apartment.
Hallo zusammen, ein sehr schönes und sauberes Appartment, sehr guter und freundlicher Service. Die Lage ist gut, nahe an der U-Bahn, aber ruhig gelegen, da Fenster zur Nebenstraße. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Toilettenpapier waren auch vorhanden. Die vollausgestattete IKEA-Küche rundet das Bild ab :-) Lieber Gruß Annette + Boris
