The spectacular ancient capital of Lindos is only ten minutes drive from your villa, which occupies a quiet position on the beach road, surrounded by open countryside. Comfortable and spacious lounge with sofas, TV etc, and access via French windows to outside dining patio and pool area. A cosy log fireplace awaits winter visitors. Fully equipped kitchen/dining room. The master bedroom is en-suite with a TV and large balcony overlooking the pool. Costas and Bo have also created a communal area next to the villas, with a kitchen garden, barbecue and outdoor dining facilities, which guests may enjoy at their leisure.

The villa comprises a 2 bedroomed semi-detached villa with private shaded parking to the front, landscaped gardens to front and rear, and a private sun deck and pool to the rear. Privacy wall surrounds ensure a relaxing time by the pool. Spacious airy lounge with comfy seating for 6,TV/DVD/HiFi, etc.,opens onto the dining patio with 6 seater dining suite. Off the lounge are the main bathroom, Bedroom 2 and stairs to the first floor. Fully fitted kitchen/diner with high spec dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, full size fridge/freezer + all mod cons and dining for 6. To the first floor, the Master Bedroom with en suite fully tiled shower room and 2 large balconies with views over open countryside to Massari Bay. The villa is equipped with hot and cold air conditioning units in every room. Hot water is solar heated with immersion heater backup if needed. The lounge has a cosy log fire for winter visitors. Elegant, high quality furniture and decor complete the relaxing atmosphere.
