Chambre refaite à neuf, 12 m2, très ensoleillée dans appartement T3. Vue panoramique sans vis-à-vis, et absence totale de nuisance sonore provenant du dessus puisque sans voisinage. A 10 mn seulement du centre d'Avignon en voiture, mais parking assuré, contrairement au centre-ville où cela devient vite un problème, et dans résidence très calme. En bus, comptez 20 mn du centre ville (Arrêt Avignon poste) par la ligne 4, active de 6h30 à 21h30 en semaine, passant au pied de chez moi, jusque minuit les vendredis et samedi, et de 9 à 19h20 dimanches et jours fériés. Ligne supplémentaire Bustival 3 en période de festival jusque 1h du matin (voir site TCRA, lignes de bus avignonaises). Possibilité aussi de rejoindre le centre-ville distant de 6,5 kms en vélo, et de le ranger dans ma cave le soir. Boulangerie, Pharmacie, Restaurant avec menus entre 12 et 25 € à 50 m. Boucherie, pizzaiolo à 100 m. Centre-ville Montfavet à 250 m (dont laverie, tous commerces de proximité). Piscine municipale à 1,5 km. Hypermarché à 2 kms. A 5 mn d'Agroparc. La mer est à 45mn, Marseille et Montpellier à 1h. Petit-déjeuner sur demande 4 €/j/personne. Si utilisation du lave-linge sur place : 4 € par machine

Additional line Bustival 3 during festival until 1am (see site TCRA, bus avignonaises). Opportunity also to join the city center 6.5 km distant from cycling, and store it in my basement at night. Bakery, pharmacy and Restaurant with menus from 12 to 25 € to 50 m. Butcher, pizza at 100 m. Montfavet downtown at 250 m (including laundry, all shops). Municipal swimming pool 1.5 km. Nice little appartment in a charming french town (Montfavet, 15 min from the center of Avignon. The appartement was nice and always clean. There is a lot of kitchen equipment available and a good bed to sleep in. There's is a bakery across the road and lots of other grocery stores/warehouses are nearby the appartment. The host is very friendly. We got fresh lemon limonade as a wellcome (very refreshing in hot weather). Our host gave us lots of tips for things to visit. We enjoyed our stay!
Chambre et couchage très confortable dans appartement agréable, bien situé à proximité de petits commerces, bien desservi par les transports en commun ou en voiture à 15 mn du parking des Italiens, gratuit, à l'entrée de la ville d'Avignon. Antoine, le propriétaire nous a réservé un bon accueil, discret, disponible et de bons conseils. Nous gardons un bon souvenir des notre séjour. Dominique et René Bard
