This apartment is located in Via Garibaldi (Giardini).
It's located in an ideal position both for walking around the city and for getting around via public transport. The flat is 2 minutes walking distance from the Giardini/Biennale stop and approximately 10 minutes walk from Piazza S. Marco.
It consists of a two rooms apartment on the first floor: entrance hall, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, spacious living room with kitchen and double sofa-bed. Traditional venetian floor 'alla veneziana marble '.

The price includes:
The price includes for a stay shorter than 22 nights: gas and electricity consumption, linen and towels.
For a stay longer than 22 nights: gas, water, garbage are not included in the rental fee.
Tourist tax (not included in the price): 1,5 euros per person per night. This tax is not included in the apartment rates, has to be paid upon check in, is not appliable to children under 10 years, and can be applied for a maximum of 5 nights. For kids between 10 and 16 years old the tax is reduced by 50%

Security deposit:
A security deposit of 200 Euro is strictly required at the time of the check-in. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order.
Please notice that if you check-in between 20:00 (8pm) and 21:00 (9pm) you will be asked to pay an extra fee of Euro 15 euro; if you check-in between 21:00 (9pm) and 22:00 (10pm) you will be asked to pay an extra fee of Euro 25 euro; if you check-in between 22:00 (10pm) and 23:00 (11pm) you will be asked to pay an extra fee of Euro 35 euro; check-in after 23:00 (11 pm), you will be asked to pay an extra fee of Euro 40.
