Implanté sur la commune de Laudun, à 20 km d'Avignon, le château, dont les origines remontent à la fin du 12ème siècle, reconnu comme monument historique, dresse ses trois tours et ses élégantes façades dans un décor campagnard.
Sa dernière restauration intérieure, datant de 2010, a permis à une quinzaine d'appartements de haut standing de voir le jour.
L'appartement est spacieux, très lumineux et doté d'une très belle décoration. Vous pourrez goûter à " la vie de château" tout en gardant vos deux pieds dans le monde d'aujourd'hui.
D'une surface de 150m², situé au 2ème étage, l'appartement offre :
Cuisine : Une plaque de cuisson 3 feux induction. Un four électrique. Un four Micro-ondes. Un frigo congelateur. Un lave-vaisselle. Très jolie vue sur la cour intérieure du château.
Machine à laver séchante
Salle à manger / Salon : Une table, 6 chaises. Un salon d'angle. Une table basse. Une télévision. Belle pièce de séjour avec une très jolie vue sur les arbres.
Chambre 1 : Un lit double et 1 lit simple.

2 salles de bain avec vasque, douche et WC.
A noter : L'appartement est situé au 2ème étage mais ensuite toutes les pièces sont sur le même niveau.

Terrain : Commun à tous les appartements. Grand parc de 1500 m² environ. Bien aménagé avec emplacement réservé aux voitures. Ombragé.
Les douves amènent du charme et de l'authenticité au château et procurent une fraîcheur bien agréable.
Cour intérieure du château : 500 m² environ. Commune à tous les appartements. Agréablement aménagée de gazon et d'allées. Fermée par un portail. Pas d'accès aux véhicules.
Piscine : A partager. Sécurisée. Dimensions : 20 m x 10 m. Profondeur : 0,60 m à 3 m avec descente progressive par des escaliers romains. Nombreux parasols et bains de soleils.
A noter :
Un gardien chargé de l'entretien et de la surveillance est à la disposition de tous les résidents. Il n'habite pas le château.

Located in the small town Laudun, 20 km from Avignon, the Castle was built in the 12th, is very elegant and inventoried as a historical monument. Is has been renovated in 2012 and divided into 15 high standing flats.
The flat that we propose is wide (150 m2), luminous, top decorated and comfortable.
- Kitchen: next to the living room, fully equipped with a nice view
- Living room: wide with a sofa, TV and dining room
- Room 1: a queen bed and a single bed
- Room 2: a double bed
- Room 3: a queen bed
- 2 bathrooms
The flat is on the 2nd floor, and has a nice terrace on the ground floor with table and chairs useful for lunches and dinners.
The castle is surrounded by moats, very typical form a historical point of view. The gardens and the swimming pool are shared, but only a few apartments are occupied.
There are fully equipped with deck chairs, parasol, tables, tennis table, swing for kids.
The swing pool is wide: 20 m x 10 m.

OMG it was awesome. Wish we could have stayed longer. The apartment was huge. You really did feel like a king and queen in your own castle. The village is really close and has a great supermarket (even had gluten free). There is a wine cellar door for tasting with in walking distance. The apartment was well set up and the beds very clean and comfortable. There is a washing machine with a built in dryer, a rare thing in Europe. The floors have heating so the apartment was warm and cosy. Our kids tried the pool (even though it was only about 6 degrees outside.) The communication with the owner was great and the lady who checked us in was very friendly and spoke excellent English. It was a very enjoyable stay and we wish we could go back.
Nous avons passé un excellent week end dans cet appartement. L'appartement est vaste et très confortable avec tous les équipements annoncés. Nous avons eu un très bon contact avec les propriétaires et la personne qui nous attendait à notre arrivée, très serviable et très sympathique. Pour nous c'est une adresse à retenir, peut être aux beaux jours pour profiter de la piscine dans un cadre très agréable.
We had a wonderful time at the castle. The facilities are clean and in good order, Sandra the resident manager was very helpful. The region is very beautiful and provides local super market, wineries, a town market on Sunday and a range of restaurants within a 15 minute trip, of course many more in the regional cities. The Castle is less than 35 minutes from Avignon TGV and 1 hour from a number of important cities to visit including Orange, Nimes and Avignon while the castle is still far enough out of town (3km), surrounded by vineyards and scrub such that it is quiet and peaceful.
