Clima muy agradable y sol durante todo el año.
La casa dispone de un amplio jardin, aparcamiento muy accesible y piscina comunitaria.
Pueden dormir 5 ó 6 personas, 3 comodamente en el dormitorio que dispone de una cama de 150 y otra de 90 centimetros. En el salon hay un sofa cama para 2 personas y se puede poner una cama supletoria.
