Nice, quiet, relaxing apartment located in the old village of Capodimonte, affording a unique view on the lake and its extraordinary sunsets. The geographical position is such that you can easily reach either the mountain (Monte Amiata, on the pre-Apennines), the seaside (Argentario), the “villes d’arts” like Orvieto, Siena, Assisi, Tuscania Viterbo,Montefiascone, Bagnoreggio, Perugia, even Rome, or relaxing at the thermal baths in Viterbo.
The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two beds, plus a spare small one. The bathroom, the kitchen and the living room are fully equipped.
Along the river of the lake you can sunbathing, sailing, riding bicycle, canoeing or rent a motor boat.
