Entire Apartment in Rome: Enchanting loft in Rome city centre
Our 480 sq ft loft is located on the 3rd floor of an ancient building (with elevator), belonging to the early 1500's, a few steps from Saint Angel’s Castle and Navona square.
It is suitable for 5 persons and it is divided in 1 living room with kitchenette,1sofa-double bed, 1mezzanine with 1single bed and 1 mezzanine with a king size bed.
There is a dining table with 5 chairs, a well equipped kitchenette with gas stove, electric oven, microwave and fridge, 1 bathroom with shower. Cradle available for free upon request. There is the elevator.
The apartment has the heating and the wi-fi, air-con, hair-dryer, TV, 100% organic cotton towels and bed linen, final cleaning all included in the rent.
At footsteps from the main door you can find a supermarket, banks, tobacconist, cafeterias, restaurants, gelato shops and in the nearby square of Campo de’ Fiori you can enjoy the typical open-air market where Italians like to buy fresh food, fruits and vegetables every day.
In case of need there is also the hospital Santo Spirito reachable in 3 minutes.
The bus stops are 1 minute walk, but you will not need any public means, since you can reach all the main historical spots of Rome on foot: the Vatican Museums, St. Peter's Basilica and St. Angel's Castle, Navona sq., Campo de’ Fiori, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Venice sq., the Coliseum and the Roman Fora.

Parking is available in the streets around the building within the blue strips at a cost of € 4/8hrs - € 8/24hrs, free on Sundays.

Très bonne situation géographique. Très bel espace, le lit est confortable, la salle de bain et la cuisine (café offert) sont très fonctionnels, lumineux, pas de bruit (sauf la voisine du dessus avec ses talons mais nous avions fait une petite grasse mat). Nous avons passé un très bon moment! A noter le petit papé du coin et son épicerie ouverte 24h/24, où l'on peut trouver de tout pour les pti déj et les fringales... Le carrefour market et a deux pas aussi. Si j'y retourne, je n’hésiterai pas à reprendre ce même appart. Très propre. Les proprio ont été adorables et ont répondu à toutes nos questions. Par contre je constate que l'appart est maintenant à 135€ la nuit. Nous l'avions eu à 81€ la nuit. Cela est probablement du à l'arrivée du nouveau pape...
Nous avons passé 5 nuits et 4 jours à Rome : appartement très agréable et très bien situé, entre le Vatican et la place Navona. C'est un endroit idéal pour aller aussi vers Campo Fiori ou le Trastevere. Les deux lits en mezzanine permettent un peu d'intimité tout en donnant sur la pièce commune. En face, nous avons trouvé des petits marchands pour l'alimentation : tout est très simple et agréable... et cela a contribué à rendre notre séjour à Rome aussi sympa. On le recommande vraiment ! The apartment is very comfortable and in a GREAT location. We had very easy communications with Pricilla and Fabio - very accomadating. Pleasant little extras like coffee and washing powder included which is handy. One warning however, after eating so much gelati the staircase up to the bedroom was becoming very small!Would recommend.
