Our 960 sq feet , 90 mq, apartment is located on the first floor of an ancient building belonging to the early years of 1900's, few steps from the Vatican city-state walls. There is the elevator reached after a short scale of 13 step.
It was recently restored, keeping the traditional materials used during its construction. It is suitable for 7 persons and it is divided into 4 spacious rooms: 2 double bedrooms with king-size beds, 1 single bedroom, 1 living room with 2 single sofa-beds, a dining table for 8 peoples, a well equipped kitchen with gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, 1 bathroom with shower. Cradle available for free upon request.
All the apartment has central heating and free wi-fi, TV, towels, bed linen and final cleaning are included in the rent.
At footsteps from the main door you can find a supermarket, banks, tobacconist, cafeterias, restaurants and the typical open-air market where Italians like to buy fresh food, fruits and vegetables every day.
In case of need there is also an hospital nearby.
The A line metro station is only 5 minutes walk, as well as the bus stops far less then 50 meters, to easily reach the Coliseum, the Roman Forum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and Venice square.
The Vatican Museums, St. Peter's Basilica and St. Angel's Castle and the convenient shopping area can be reached on foot.

stayed in apartment from 28 april till 3 may. it was clean and tidy and really good value for the price. beds were comfy and kitchen had all the utensils if you wanted to stay in and cook.apartment is about a 20 min walk from vatican walls which was good. there is a spar 2 mins from apartment and sum lovely restaurants.
Nous sommes très satisfait de cette prestation. L'appartement est très agréable, il est idéalement situé. L'accueil de Claudio très chaleureux, avec de précieux conseils et anecdotes. Si nous revenons à Rome nous ne manquerons pas de refaire appel à Claudio. Nous recommandons cet appartement pour son confort, sa situation et son propriétaire.
