VONDEL PARK ~ Researching apartments can sometimes be difficult, we know. That is why we are proud to offer The Renaissance Apartment suitable for up to 6 guests.
The Renaissance is a very alluring and illuminated accommodation located within walking distance from the famous Vondelpark; a public city park of 47 hectares, west from the Leidseplein and the Museumplein. By visiting this park you will get a kick out of the film museum, an open air theater, a playground for the kids and several facilities.
***This comfortable and modern apartment is located on the second floor and you have to enter through a typical building, so we advise you to take precautions***
With the living room boasting an open style appearance, it connects to the spacious dining area as well as to the open kitchen. Socialize with your friends and loved ones on the double sofa bed with drinks on the coffee table. It's a perfect spot to plan out your day or to watch a show.
Apart from the fact that the kitchen has plenty of cupboard space, there is also a microwave/oven, a fridge, stove, coffee maker and all other utensils for a meal to be put to together.
Private for all is the bathroom which has two sinks, a shower area and a bath tub.
This apartment is very accessible; it is twenty minutes by tram to the lively city center. Restaurants and shops are practically at the door steps. All linens and towels will be provided for all guests staying at this apartment. Book now!
Please note the following conditions:
-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 30 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.
-Early check in from 10am - 3pm is 30 Euro. (Only in cases where there is no guests checking-out the same day).
-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).
There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure. This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund is available under the condition of extra 30 euros payment at check in
In the case that a check-out is before 9:00, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected.
Additional fees, if applicable, must be arranged directly with the Host after booking. Only accommodation fees are payable when booking through the HouseTrip platform.
